Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

1- Refund Before Course Start: Students may request a refund up to 72 hours before the course start date.

2- After Course Start: Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of attendance or participation.

- Approved refunds will be issued after deducting a 20% administrative fee from the total course price.

- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

- Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 30 working days for the refund to be processed
